Bains to Pitt

Really good production, seems a little undersized at 5'10" and 175 lbs. A small school doesn't mean bad. He demonstrated he can make plays and Pitt has done a good job sending DBs to the NFL.

Looks very small.

I'm usually not too worried about the secondary. I'm think McIntyre, Brookins and Anderson play a ton at safety. Just hope they stay healthy. The O$U transfer will probably get reps as well.

MacIntyre wasn't very good last year. Not sure he's a guy I'm comfortable relying on.

I know he's going to play a lot because he's a vet, but it would be nice to have someone pushing for his playing time.

I agree whole-heartedly. And McMillion while making lots of tackles simply because of how his position is used, was like the biggest culprit in the disfunction of the defense. He was out of place all the time. And a few times he literally avoided tackling a player right in front of him.

The opposing team's receivers had no fear of going across the middle of Pitt's defense, because they didnt fear physical contact from Pitt's DBs. I honestly cant recall was hard hit by the DBs all season. Maybe Im wrong. That is what is missing from the defense. Neither McMillion nor Mackintyre are physical safties. On top of that, neither are very good tacklers.
