From what I can gather, Scott Barnes did not start working on this search this morning. He has done some legwork. TCU and Dixon started weeks ago as well. Barnes is very connected and has thrown out some feelers. The fact that he let him walk so quickly and executed this transaction so flawlessly leads me to believe that he knows what he has in his hand.
