he may have been pretty good at fund -raising but unless it hasn't been reported yst there are several short term scheduling openings that must be filled and we have to be careful we don't over or under schedule. Final records are very important for recruiting and rankings. The new AD must be a regional candidate no more from the other part of the country. You can't blame Barnes for getting closer to his roots.

I've seen multiple places that his daughter is really sick. Can anyone confirm that? Doesn't make too much sense to me because UPMC/Pitt has some of the top doctors /researchers in the nations. Wouldn't it make sense to stay?

What is home? Logan, UT? Corvallis is a 12 hour car ride and still 2 flights. Spokane? 9.5 hours and still 2 flights or a flight and an hour drive. Not much of a difference.
