Pitt takes 2 out 3 at Coastal Carolina and comes home with a 2-1 record ..... not a bad start as Coastal Carolina usually has a pretty good team .... they have made the NCAA Baseball Tournament several times over the last 10 years.

I live 10 mins from Costal & watched the 1st game & had to leave before the end of the 2nd. CC always has good teams.Pitt looked good.

Thanks for the report .....Pitt has 3 new starters in the field this year ..... Johnson (JUCO transfer) at SS, Frabasilio (JUCO transfer) at 3B, and Pazos (true freshman) was catching the 1st two games of the series ...... Caleb Parry (true freshman) caught the 2nd game of the DH today and TJ Zeuch (true freshman) was the starting pitcher in game 2 of the DH ........ what was your impression of any of these kids ?
