Duke run was a result of a Pitt error. Wotherspoon was then pulled. Not sure of his pitch count but he was laboring

Just over 4 hours I think.
I had to leave, unfortunately. But this was a strange game. Pitchers threw a ton of pitches. A lot of hits but not many extra base hits. Lots of time wasting (Duke's coach came out to talk to the homeplate ump no less than 3 times).
Wotherspoon didn't look good. Threw a bunch of pitches. Looks like he's struggling this year.
Pitt's bench is always loud and rowdy, but this may be the loudest I've ever heard them. They were really getting into it in the 5th when Pitt scored 5 runs. Duke's bench tried to respond in kind during the 6th but they really couldn't match it.
Another quirk: both teams wore blue jerseys.

This may sound stupid, but it happened several times today. Not sure why. When I went to GameTracker from the D1baseball site link, it sucked, but when I went to GameTracker from the Pitt schedule site link, it worked much better. Ridiculous, I know it goes to the same GameTracker site, but that is what happened several times to me today.

One more thing about the game.
Shelinsky fouled a ball off of his leg/foot in the 5th and looked to be in pain.
He stayed in the game, then reached first on an error. He was then removed for a pinch runner.
Hopefully it was just a precaution.

the last couple innings of the first game on the Gametracker and I had the same thought. The old version was nothing special, but the new version is certainly not an improvement by any stretch of the imagination.
