Pitt defensive coordinator Randy Bates was at Conroe High School in Texas yesterday, and the primary purpose of his visit was probably to see Dorian Brew, a four-star cornerback prospect who ranks No. 32 overall in the class of 2025. Brew has an offer from Pitt and just about all of the SEC and Big Ten, so that's an uphill battle. But while Bates was at Conroe, he made the visit worth it by offering three of Brew's teammates:
Of those three, Nunley is certainly the most interesting since he's a quarterback. We're going to work on confirming this offer, just to be sure, but assuming it's a legitimate offer, this makes for one of just a few QB offers that have come from Pitt since Kade Bell arrived.
Nunley is certainly intriguing. He's 6'3" and 180 pounds and he claims a 10.95 100-meter time, and he certainly looks fast on film as mixes draws and read-option plays with some nice throws downfield. We'll see what we can find out here.
Ramos is a 6'5" 240-pound defensive end and Green is a running back. Here are their highlight films.
