Few Sports Writers won't address it, but it was Pepper Hamilton Law Firm that did the investigations on the Penn State Scandal and brought in to do the same for the Baylor Scandal. There is a particular Women Attorney as an Leading Expert on Title IX and other Educational Compliance's and I have no doubt the Law Firm most likely played role in the recommendation of Matt Rhule.....Just A Hunch!
Baylor needs a coach that will reset Baylor Football and Compliance's Reforms at the same time. Rhule is It, he knows ever aspect of an Athletic Department, and not just Great Coaching.
I would not be surprised if they have replacement recommendation ready as well for Temple, Just a Hunch too!

Not only are the Bears trying to move on from the Briles era and the devastating sexual assault scandal, but the football team lost its final six games to end the season. Recruiting is a major point of focus for Rhule as well, as the Bears have just one verbal commitment for the 2017 class with National Signing Day coming up in February.
