So the prior teams that generated strong interest, doing it the "right way" were just a fluke?? Logic & you are total strangers. The results produce interest....we've been coming up short a bit.....but our tactics haven't changed.

I only get lower level seats. I'll give them $100 for the Duke game because lowers will be $300 or $400.

Not at all, but apparently they weren't able to sustain it. and that's not really the point. The point is an elite team is a draw, "Doing it Right" won't draw any extra fans. Some here say they prefer to root for someone who does it right over pure results, clearly the majority do not feel that way.

But, it was pretty conclusively settled this, summer, by a 2:1 margin, the dedicated Pitt fans on this site do NOT want Pitt to cheat. You can ignore that poll, but it happened and it discredits your position.

If YOU want to be a fan of an elite school, and don't care whether they cheat or "do it the right way", it's pretty simple. Just leave here and go follow someone who does cheat. Your shtick has grown very stale here.,

Maybe on THIS MESSAGE BOARD, the results are 2:1, but in the marketplace, they are offering 3 game packages, where before every seat was sold, so apparently people are voting with their wallets that the team isn't good enough to pay to watch, they aren't ponying up to see mediocre basketball done the right way.

I suspect it is not quite as written. My guess is that you will be able to get three games to any of the non conference games and first crack at the conference games.

Its a $25 donation and $25 tickets for non conference games. Conference games range between $40 and $50. The tickets appear to only be available in the Student overflow section in the upper corner.

So, the cost for 3 conference games could be $175 per person sitting in that upper corner.

Now that may be great for people if they only want to go to a few games and money is important.
