You guys are really helping alleviate the "weak schedule" argument as it relates to my undefeated Hawkeyes.

I hope you win the rest of your games and take the ACC crown. And I think you have a good shot at it. I've been to all but one of Iowa's games in person this fall, and you guys have the best defense Iowa has played, edging out Wisconsin.

I will also add that I'm glad this series is ending (for now) because I want no part of a Narduzzi-led Panthers squad in the future - it's rough enough playing in the Big 10.

Oh, and if you guys do by chance play Penn State any time soon, I hope you beat their asses into next week.

If Pitt wins out or comes close to it and Iowa wins out and Iowa makes the playoff because of their win against PItt helping their sos , they (Iowa) will be put on the "you owe us one" list with LSU...Booze will be accepted.

Why not? I think most of us would have said 5-1 was pretty unlikely without Conner.

I would say winning out from this point on is unlikely even if we had a fully healthy James Conner. Besides the Iowa game, all of our hardest games are yet to come. If we win out, I'll be really impressed with the coaching staff.
