Pitt isn't exactly right around the corner from Chase Behrndt's home in Wildwood, Mo., so there might have been some anxiety heading into his visit on Monday.
Although Behrndt has been checking out plenty of other schools and doesn't really have anything to lose except time - and maybe whatever energy he's got left after travel and his summer schedule - a place that far from home could be entirely different and unfamiliar.
But when Behrndt spoke with Panther-Lair.com on Monday shortly after he had tweeted about enjoying his trip to the schoo,l it was clear he wasn't just being agreeable.
"It was sweet," Behrndt said. "They have a really nice campus and really nice facilities. I really liked it."
