This makes me wonder if Trump literally doesn't know or understand what a trade deficit is and is mistaking the trade deficit with other countries as those countries putting tariffs on us. Could he really be THAT stupid?

It's amazing what can happen to egg prices when the government throws out a $1 billion subsidy to egg farmers.
