Was a Peacock 1-year subscription. Roku was offering the special price. Seeing the game live yesterday was worth the price of "admission"

And while the announcers were clearly pro-B1G they certainly didn't slight Pitt

Not sure how many (or if any) other Pitt games will ever be shown on Peacock but I'm sure they have some old movies or TV shows archived there to watch

Go Panther Ladies (VB) and Men (FB) (Soccer)

H2P!

Moooo, another one joins the herd...before you know it you will be paying for amazon, Netflix, Peacock, Paramount +, Tube, Hulu, eta all just to get what you were getting five years ago with cable or live tv alternative...

I'd recommend anyone who is trialing Peacock to watch some English Premier League on a Saturday or Sunday morning while cooking breakfast or having coffee. Production quality is much higher than most US sports.

being herded like cattle on the never ending subscription ranch...
yeah, I suppose. Put a brand on my a$$!

In my "defense" I am a retired guy who chooses to watch important sporting events in the comfort of my home, pouring my own whiskey, being able to go out on the back patio and smoke a cigar whilst watching on my laptop, rather than going out to a bar

In 12 months, I can always cancel before being charged the higher renewal price ... but then again, I could be dead by then, too. Live is a crapshoot. And we ain't taking any of our $ with us when it's over

Got it for $19.99 minus another 40 cents thanks to my cash-back card. But it's OK, Moe, we know you really got it to watch Days of our Lives. 😉 😄
