1. VT loses to Marshall.

2. I'm putting NC State in Orlando and UVa in Charlotte

3. The Pinstripe takes Miami over Syracuse. Miami has a good NE fan base and it's rare for the Pinstripe to have a chance at them. Syr was just at Yankee Stadium 2 weeks ago and they will be available to the Pinstripe more often than Miami.

4. The Music City takes 7-6 Pitt over 7-5 GT and 9-3 Syracuse based purely on ticket sales. GT and Syr dont have good fanbases and there may be a thought we'd bring more fans.

5. Syracuse goes to the Sun Bowl, still a great bowl for them.

Unfortunately, if VT wins, it's going to be very hard for Pitt to get a bowl over them. They sell too many tickets and as we know, ticket sales are more important than merit. These are non-profit companies after all.

I’m sorry SMF, but the only thing I took from that was that Ga Tech is 7-5. Wow. How did end up with that? I thought they were going to be a 3-4 win team a month ago.

Until today’s loss Georgia Tech had been red hot down the stretch, maybe even saving Johnson’s job.

You are a complete idiot

The idea that the pinstripe would not take Cuse, because they were there 2 weeks ago is par for the SMF course.

The idea that the pinstripe would not take CUSE, because they will be available in future years is so stupid that I would laugh but I am drained from watching LSU Texas A &M

Nevertheless, You are an idiot

Will bowls see Pitt’s trip to the ACC Championship Game as its Bowl, doubt that its fans will travel twice and pass over them?

I have long said Syracuse to the Pinstripe. I am sticking with that. However, I do believe the Pinstripe would be intrigued by hosting The U. I think there's a small chance at that. That's why it's best case scenario

ACC Coast Champions (since 2013)
*record listed is record entering the bowl game

2013 Duke (10-3) Peach Bowl vs. Texas A&M
2014 Georgia Tech (10-3) Orange Bowl vs. Mississippi State
2015 North Carolina (11-2) Russell Athletic Bowl vs. Baylor
2016 Virginia Tech (9-4) Belk Bowl vs. Arkansas
2017 Miami (10-2) Orange Bowl vs. Wisconsin

Best case looks like Camping World Bowl or Belk Bowl. Worst case scenario is TBD. We haven't seen an ACC Coast winner with a 7-5 record yet. Syracuse matched Pitt's 6-2 conference record while both Syracuse and NC State finished with better overall records than Pitt. I would say there's no chance the ACC allows a division champion to fall out of Tier 1.

I Can’t see Marshall winning, but then again old dominion beat them
