At this point we know 95% of roster and most of the 2-deep, so which offensive system/approach will maximize the available talent ?
With solid returning WRs and multiple 4-star RBs Pitt has some legit playmaker options if they can get them the ball. I like the young OL talent but it’ll likely take a bit until they’re good as a group.
I don’t think any of the QBs are legit dual-threat types so it’ll be one or more of Pickett/JGJ/Patti/Beville getting them the ball some other way (and/or more of the Wildcat we saw in the bowl game).
Quick slants and bubble screens plus the inside running game and jet sweeps with more deep jump balls (which worked pretty well when used this year IMO) ?
[Note: Please save the sarcasm for the other 99 threads about the offense/staff]
