Just looking at how the NCAA handled the Carolina receiver, I think they'll eventually let the kid play. The new boss of the NCAA has been difficult compared to past leaders, which is good in a way.
The UNC WR had a technicality becausee his first transfer was from a MEAC school to Kent State after their season was canceled during Covid.
I told BballinsiderfromPitt this when he said you can't transfer twice without sitting: just say you transferred for mental health reasons.

I said everyone is going to be able to transfer every year if they want and just claim mental health and I was right. He will be eligible by the time they play us.
