The difference is, Bosko is like alot of big mouth message board criticizers who yell alot yet gives nothing to the program. Garrity at least forks up cash and brings in Ray "VooDoo" Tatum as a dual threat QB.

we still havent confimed yet what he did at ampipe did we? I think the best we came up with is he works in the cafeteria..
Bosko? He was a big man in Ampipe, head of the steelworker's local. Had side hustles owning 2-3 used car lots, loansharking, bookmaking and running numbers inside the mill. Also a silent partner in the bar across the street from the mill where he washed the cash coming in from his rackets and various kickbacks. Got Rifleman's dad a good job at the mill so Rifleman could move from Braddock to the Ampipe school district and play QB for the Bulldogs. Friend of the Bulldog football program who always made sure Coach Nickerson had a gently used recent model Caddy Eldorado Brougham, and that the team always had new equipment and uniforms. Top Bulldogs players would opccasionally have a brown paper bag of cash left in their lockers after big wins.
At least that's how I saw it. Maybe he just worked in the Ampipe High cafeteria.

how about Brian Riley went from playing linebacker on a full ride at USC to getting married with a kid and his honeymoon was going to pittsburgh for a penguin game. Man, talk about a turn for the worse for him.

Did anyone, outside of a few diehards, think about going to Penguins games prior to Mario?
The 83-84 Penguins went 16-58-6.
Of course they were actually trying to lose, so there is that.
