Blake Countess to transfer from UM immediately eligible

Michigan starting CB graduated from Michigan and is transferring. He was projected as starting CB for UM. Any chance Pitt can get in the mix? I'm assuming all B1G teams are out. He's from Maryland, so ACC school would seem like a solid possibility, not being able to go to UMd.
