i am going to have to go back and re-watch the first pitt game but who do you guys see as the player that catches the ball in the middle of the zone against cuse? I feel like that is the single best way to beat the zone, to have the forward (or whoever) catch the ball in middle of the zone and break it.
looking at past teams in our glory days, you had kendall, troutman be that guy. the guy who can catch it at the foul line and actualy make a good pass down low or outside, or even hit a 15' jump shot. that's the achilles heel of a boheim zone...
is it crazy to think Diaz-Graham can do that? Think about it? Good hands, tall, can hit a jumper and i think can pass it well. all the intangibles of what you need. can you play him and Federiko and Hinson? I dont know. I am not a huge X's and O's guy.
just curious if this matchup is good for him but then again, does having him and Federiko on floor at same time take off a talented guy needed.
