Pitt needs a change and Jamie needs a change. Pitt needs to find a coach who can bring in energy to the basketball program like coach Narduzzi did for the football program. Hoops has flatlined with the fan base. Jamie is a great guy and if he goes to TCU I hope he takes them to the NCAA's every year. Hope he has great success. But at Pitt in the NCAA tournament his teams never overachieved. Never came up with that big unexpected win, it's always that we are losing to the " lesser " team. Kent St.,Butler,Marquette, Wichita St.,Xavier. Lost to Florida,Villanova,UCLA,and Michigan St. Couldn't come up with a win over the "big boys". You would think after 11 NCAA trips you would get an unexpected win. I would be willing to take the chance of falling off a little or just maybe taking it to the next level. It's time for both parties to move on, and maybe both can find more success.
