Ha. I saw Psaros and Vuk (who said it was all good news) remark on Twitter but wasn't gonna post until there was something solid.

As far my tweet tonight after be on alert, I’m fully expecting some “Pat Signals” in the next 24-48 hours. As I wrote earlier, I expect Hamlin to commit to Pitt. I don’t have any inside information on that, I’m just telling you that’s how I see things going tomorrow.

Answer me this question. Who are the next two verbals for us? Knowing the second one might be tougher than knowing the first one.
This makes some sense if so. I think he wanted to come to Pitt all along. When they got commitments from Flowers and Winfree he tweeted remarking about Pitt getting WR commits. Maybe they did get him after Winfree either decommitted or got his offer pulled.
Would not shock me. I did post earlier today and asked if Narduzzi was circling back to Mathews.

Either he got better in the last 3 weeks are we got more desperate.
He's good but the other guys they had committed or were after were judged to be a little better. If they get him this isn't scraping the bottom of the barrel.
I don't care if he's a 1-star.
The positive publicity of flipping one of the carnival barker's commits at the last minute is worth it.
Hudson did not leave game early-when they showed PN with the baby late in the game you could see Hudson sitting about 6 seats down next to Hamlin. Obviously a long shot to get him, but I would have thought it would have been a long shot to see him spend much of the last 4 days with PN in his ear convincing him why he could be the man for us these next four years. I still hold out a ray of hope.
I've posted on here before that I thought Matthews' WR clips at camps, going against highly rated DBs, were impressive. He made sharp cuts, presented a big target, and seemed to have decent hands.
