Not a problem at all and welcomed as far as I am concern, I always advocated that the PAOAG did a sloppy investigation and welcomed the Civil Lawsuits too, so everything comes out! It has been noted that the Penn State Three Defense Teams are far more better than PAOAG in my opinion, and have done a great job in defending their Clients as they should.

Posted many times, let the Courts find the answers and everyone is entitled to defend their Constitutional Rights and Discovery will be decided by Judges and Verdicts and Awards by Juries, and then the Court of Public Opinion by Media and Public.

Now Victim #2 can testify and Al Lindsey in my Opinion should have a New Trial. Because the first one like many on Political Inspired Bonus-Gate Prosecutions by Frank Fina for Tom Corbett and had many unfair flaws and all. Not a problem in that being revisited as other Fina Prosecutions are on Appeal right now as well.

The Prosecution will also have a chance to bring forth other Victims. I leave that to the Judge and Appeal Lawyers to do their Jobs! The Judge will take his time on making his rulings as well as much as a year. If a New Trial is granted I expect Matt Sandusky will testify as well and let him be Cross Examined.

My Posts were on the Penn State Scandal bringing about proper investigations by the Trustees on Athletic Integrity Findings & 2012 Athletic Integrity Reforms have been vindicated just yesterday by the release of the Clery Act Findings $2.4 Million proposed Fines that can be renegotiated down as usual practice in dealing with that act.

The D.O.E. and DOJ care more about setting up Compliance Reforms and Penn State did that better than any University in History.

Additionally, Penn State also implemented 116 of 119 Freeh Recommendations Reforms, adopted by a compliant Penn State Trustees and President under a NCAA Sanction On Campus Monitor and recommended to reduce Sanctions Years by 2 years. The NCAA Sanctions still stood in place for those 2 years, and the Big Ten Bowl Sharing Sanctions Revenues too for 4 years.

Nevertheless, Penn State University did make mistakes in filing Lawsuits against its Insurance Carrier that did reveal allegations dating back to 1970s-80s, and that will impact on the Sandusky Appeal as well. Unsealed Documents all will come out sooner later.

Moreover, Penn State Insurance Carrier AIG made an error as I posted by choosing to go to Trial over McQueary Defamation, Dismissal, and Whistleblowing, instead of of a settlement.

As well as, Pennsylvania Lawmakers with Penn State Alumni & some Trustees were right to also challenge the NCAA $60 Million Fine that the NCAA wanted to take away. The Lawmakers were correct to keep that money in Pennsylvania and revised the Consent Decree. It resulted in keeping sanctions in place for 2 years, but also reducing sanctions by 2 years, and restored Paterno Great Coaching Wins that I admired as well even being attacked on the Lair in posting it to agree to disagree many times.

What has not change and will not change are the Penn State University 2102 Reforms.

The Penn State University Football Program Athletic 2012 Reforms are in place and will stay in place. Penn State now has a Director of Ethics & Compliance, overseeing Athletic Integrity Agreement & Officer, Title IX & Clery Act Procedures & Reporting, Policies on Undisclosed Conflicts of Interests For Trustees and Coaches, Coaches, Employee, and Student Children Protection Orientation, and Criminal Background Checks on contributors to the University by not approving any monies they so choose to reject.

These 2012 Reforms are commendable and being adopted as a Model of Athletic Compliance and deserve to respected and recognized y never having One Person, Employees, or Coach to ever come ahead of Penn State University again just due to Wins.

The Court Cases Criminal Trials, Civil Lawsuits, and Appeals should be played out before Judges & Juries so all know what happen and how, and always advocated that knowing that process is far fairer and every person has their constitutional rights to be cherished and used properly, and day in court too if they feel they were wrongs.

As is the boy and his mother who went to the police when her son came home wet after showering with Jerry. This clinches it for the Bots who not only wish it would go away but actually believe that a defensive co-ordinator/ child molester never roamed Happy Valley.

This proves nothing. Sandusky is such a sick freak I'm sure he had boys in showers that he didn't molest, just so this situation could happen in court. For whatever reason it just went wrong for him the first trial.
