With 96% crystal balls to Clemson, I don't think so. This may be Clemson's best recruiting class ever with 8 or more 5 stars. They will challenge Georgia's class from 2 years ago as the best ever.

Obviously GT and UNC are kinda quantity or quality right now (although UNC has some CBs for some high ranking 4* players right now, but it’s interesting how much the ACC is dominating the Top 15 classes on 247 right now.
The ACC is geographically located in such a prime spot, there is no reason why it shouldn’t average the second best recruiting class behind the SEC if the ACC schools would get their act together.

Not to pile on Penn State, but they were supposed to get a safety/LB commit today as well and this morning the kid put on the brakes. Speculation is the kid is holding out for an OSU offer. Which may happen since OSU can't seem to land much defense in this class. Very O heavy.
