I know he's. RS sophomore so technically draft eligible.

Do we have to worry about him leaving after this season? He looks so good out there. I saw a ridiculous stat that he hasn't allowed a rush in some amount of snaps. Forget what the actual number was.

If he comes back do you think he could be a top 5 NFL pick?

He will be back and likely will be a 4 year player. He's a rising NFL prospect who will almost certainly play in the league, but he isn't ready yet. Nowhere near a first rounder right now.

I think he stays for next season, but I doubt he lasts past that...the program definitely has the impression he is going to be a very early draft pick when his time comes.

That was a humorous post :)

Thanks

He's only played OL for 2 seasons in his life so he needs at least another year of seasoning and learning.

If we can pump up his offensive stats a little more and give him some snaps at, say, defensive end and get him a few sacks, he could be a candidate for the Heisman Trophy.

You gotta admit that his yards-per-carry stat ain't bad.....

He will be back as he needs to play and gain more experience. However, he will be a player who is highly rated by 2017 draft. Pitt loses will be big on the Ol this year and next. Especially after 2017. Officer, O'Neil, JJS are gone. OL recruiting this year is really critical. Munford and Warren are significant recruits. Love Drexel as well. I hope Pilato, Ford and others can play.

He will be back next year and we will be the first team to ever run a Wildcat package for a lineman.

No and no. I could see him being a late 1st rounder or 2nd rounder in 2 years.

knowing Pitt's luck with big time talent he will end up leaving after this year! Larry fitz 2 years, McCoy 2 years. Not to mention a lot of guys who left after 3. Some like curtis martin never made much of a impact for a guy who is a HOF RB.
