I didn't think Jurgen was bad. He got them out of a very tough group, infinitely tougher than the group we just had. Took a star-studded Belgium team to extra time. We looked outclassed against a pedestrian Netherlands team. We didnt start out well in qualifying and he was canned but that was also the least talented USMNT in some time as we had a lost generation between Donovan/Dempsey/Altidore/Bradley and Pulisic/McKennie/Adams. Just no talent between those 2 generations

Haha. How about John Kowalski? Some might remember him as former coach of the Pittsburgh Spirit. But he was capped for coaching our USMNT 1 time, and also won FIFA Silver and bronze medals in futsal for the US. Therefore he’s the most decorated coach in US history.

After coaching Robert Morris women for 20 years and stepping away 2 years ago, he has some time on his hands.

John has more soccer knowledge in his pinky than Derp.
