Lol. It really wasn't much of a punch, imo. Wilkes came from behind and lowered his hips and gave Buddy a forceful nudge that almost knocked BB off balance and Buddy let him know it wasn't appreciated. That was pretty much the extent of it.

I disagree with dad about the inadvertent part. As punches go, that was weak.

A flagrant 2 is a foul committed within the natural course of the game, albeit outside the rule.
IMHO -that was a cheap shot outside the normal flow of the game.

It was a play on because the ref didn't see it. They obviously didn't see Wilkes plow his hips into Buddy's side either.

It wasn't a vicious punch. He didn't try to knock the wind out of him or anything. Just a punch to the gut hard enough to let Wilkes know he shouldn't try that crap again.
