I have no problem with Duzz not pulling this kid's offer. Clearly there is some high level interest in the kid.
That said, Butler's current behavior would lead me to host other kids at his position. If Pitt can be comfortable with the commitment status on other kids to Pitt at his position, at that time you tell Butler, "anything short of a solid verbal and your offer is pulled."
I hope that kids understand that with Duzz, loyalty is a two way street.
