PItt has 3 point lead...he misses (again) front end of 1/1, they score, he short arms another jumper into front of rim/they hit 3 pt'r...game over
in every unfortunate circumstance he has had to take a clutch shot
he invariably short arms it & hits the front of the rim--earlier this year he short armed so badly it hit under the front rim
live by the Wright shot/ you will surely die by Wright shot
Wright and Zanna were fundamentally flawed players who too often determined Pitt's fortunes
I'm happy for Wright that he's a good student and will leave with 2 real degrees. He improved quite a bit.
But he can't shoot.
There's no excuse for a guard to shoot 54% from the foul line
And no excuse for that silly, short armed knuckleball, jumper.
Please go. But in the meantime, don't shoot!!!
