I believe the extra scholarships beyond the 13 limit was just for this season. Going forward, everyone gets a free covid year…but programs need to be back at the 13 limit. I know that’s the case for football, and I’m pretty sure it’s the same in every other sport.

I'm sure they will have 13 players.
Nick Rivers might have an extra year of eligibility for all I know.

I don’t think we’ll even have 13. Capel has never been able to fill that last ship for some reason even with a Swiss cheese roster

With this staff we could have 20 ships and finish at the bottom of the league.
