Team A overall Record Road Neutral WAB and quad records

16-5
4-24-0138-41-13-04-0

Team B

14-6
3-31-1431-54-14-05-0

Team A NET is 34 (Oregon)
Team B NET is 33 (Pitt)

And then this team is 12 and has a kenpom of 12

16-6
4-12-4482-53-14-07-0
I guess the hidden stat is scoring margin in wins and the fact Pitt crushed teams in their first 12 wins because kenpom has Pitt 33 and Oregon 35 although Pitt has slipped to 45 in Torvik (Oregon 39) however last year Pitt finished 30th in Torvik and UVA was 62 so…

I get the NCSOS screw job last year but the more I study these stats from the last 3 years, the less this makes logical sense.

Oregon has 8 Q1 wins? Wow.

This has to be due to scoring margin. Only beating #327 Portland by 10 probably cost them 10 spots. I actually watched the last part of that game because Oregon was down kinda big and they rallied at the end to force OT.

Oregon is not an impressive team to watch, nor is Illinois. I don't know how that conference does it with the analytics, but they do.

The thing with the Big Ten is like everyone is like at Pitt's level, almost from 1-16. Nobody is too hard to beat, especially at home. Nobody real bad. It's a perfect NET conference.
