Can someone explain why PAC12 teams are getting more credit than ACC TEAMS

Many similarities between the conferences. The bottom of Stanford, OSU, and cali is every bit as bad as the bottom of the ACC, yet 11-9 in league ASU, who lost to 313 net Texas southern is getting as much credit as us?
