Offense did pretty good against YSU and looked real good its last drive at Iowa and at some other points in that game as well. Good weather both games, if hot vs YSU.

Terrible weather at Akron and not good weather at VT. Chaney seems to get a little too concerned about the risks of stretching the field in those conditions. The offense gets conservative and the longest completed pass for Pitt in those two games was I believe 26 yards or around there somewhere.

Haven't really had a "football weather" game yet, Iowa was the closest probably. Okay yeah your grandpa would say rain rain rain is "football weather" and how since both ends of the field were slanted down towards the middle in his day they had to play under eight feet of water in between the 40s but please enough grandpa. Dry, a little or no breeze, temperature in the mid 50s. I want to see Pitt's offense when it's like that outside.

Can Pitt please get some games in a decent fall climate because I think the offense will finally get some consistency if it does (from Chaney not getting the jimjams so much) and that consistency will be decent at worst.
