Yea, I’ve hated Shawn Watson for long stretches of the last 2 seasons. Since the Notre Dame game, he’s been absolutely sensational. Kudos to him.

He won us the Syracuse game. You are right, he's been great .... but it all started at Heinz with the Cuse.

They figured something out about this team during the Syracuse game. Then the biggest other improvements was the oline improvements in pass blocking which allowed more vertical passing shots.

Today, the horizontal passing game worked better because of the rushing and vertical threats.
