Shoot, I forgot about FSU. I wrote them off. They'd probably get the Gator over Pitt. Need to root for Florida.

Here's mine if Pitt loses to Wake

Orlando: Clemson

Gator: FSU

Charlotte: NC State

Holiday: Pitt

Pinstripe: North Carolina

Fenway Park: Miami

Military: Virginia

After those, its the Tier 2 bowls.

Agreed. If the ACC-CG is Pitt vs Wake, winner gets Peach loser gets Holiday. Must be nice the be FSU and go 6-6 and get the Gator Bowl. But I think the projections accurately reflect reality.

Hard to take these projections seriously when they have both Florida and Florida State in bowl games when they play each other this weekend with each at 5-6
You're allowed to go to a bowl at 5-7, as long as the 6-win teams aren't enough to fill all the spots.

Looking like not enough 6-6 teams this year. LOL. Could be as many as 5 5-7 teams.

Wow. I had no idea there would be so many sub-.500 spots. I am aware of the rule, i just thought it was odd to project a 5-7 team since there’s normally so few. Doesn’t it go back academic ranking or something if you're 5-7 though?

No. That's no longer a consideration.

Yeah I think so. I read somewhere Rutgers Texas and cal are all most likely in at 5-7 . Crazy

You forgot Sun. Sun is on the same "tier" as those bowls.

If a school like Florida or Florida State accepts a bowl bid at 5-7, that is a turd move equivalent to a millionaire using an EBT card because he lost his job as a hedge fund CEO, didn't care to look for another, and didn't technically have any income that year.

How Pitt unlucky would it be... If somehow Clemson gets to Charlotte and we have to face surging Clemson team finding its rhythm..

I prefer to think of it this way:

By beating Clemson twice in the same year, Pitt establishes itself as the new kings of the conference. Narduzzi becomes the first coach in the country with a winning record against Dabo Swinney (not even Saban is over .500 against him).

I think the Pitt team would not be as afraid of the challenge as you are.

I was confused when it was labeled predictions, really it's projections....
