How many years of eligibility will he have beginning 2017 season?
General rule is if you transfer from one D1 program to another you have to sit a year. Hardship exceptions are available to transfers who apply for them under unusual circumstances. If you transfer up or down a division level you are innediately eligible. Beyond that I don't know the nuances and the rules have changed some over the past few years. Clark didn't have the compelling circumstances necessary to get a waiver, he was just homesick and unhappy at UCLA.Can someone explain how this works? I still don't understand any of it. I see kids transfer and are eligible immediately all the time.
