Hi Chris:

I signed up for a free account under my wife's email address. I have been unable to log into my premium account for at least 2 weeks. I've tried to go through the Rivals support group but have had disappointing results. I'm not even getting the reset password emails from Rivals. (Though I know my PW and it hasn't changed, I was hoping that might be a way around.) I even tried to sign up for an account with my email, to make sure that my entire account hadn't been wiped. It shows that that email is signed up for an account, it just can't get in. I've tried different browsers, I've cleared my cache and deleted cookies. I've pretty much done everything I can think of without any success. Any help you can provide would be most appreciated, as I'm sorely behind my Pitt news! :)
