We'll be tracking down the locations of Pitt's coaches throughout the day and the week as they hit the road during their bye week to evaluate and recruit prospects. While coaches are not technically allowed to sit down with prospects at the high school and have a meeting or anything like that, recruits often "bump into" coaches from all different schools at practices and in the hallways and may say a few words to one another. These are also valuable opportunities for the coaches to watch a practice to evaluate a recruit or to meet with their coach and read their transcripts and learn about them as a person, etc.

Josh Conklin - Defensive coordinator - Philadelphia, eastern Pennsylvania, parts of Florida, and southern New Jersey
Rob Harley - Linebackers - Western Pennsylvania, parts of Florida
Tom Sims - Defensive line - Philadelphia, Georgia, and the southeastern USA
Renaldo Hill - Defensive backs - Northeastern Ohio, Michigan, and parts of Florida
Matt Canada - Offensive coordinator - North Carolina, but mostly quarterbacks anywhere
Andre Powell - Running backs - Maryland, Virginia, and Washington DC
Kevin Sherman - Wide receivers - Central Pennsylvania, Georgia, and the southeastern USA
Tim Salem - Tight ends - New Jersey, California, and parts of Florida
John Peterson - Offensive line - Southwestern Ohio, central Ohio, and northwestern Ohio
