Watching the first 6 games of the Narduzzi era has been a joy to watch as it has been such a change from the past 5 years. After being tormented by Pitt finding ways to loose rather than winning, it is now changing.

Half the battle in winning is believing that you can win and there is where I think Narduzzi is excelling.
The players have bought into what the a teaching because they can see that it works. For example, look at the second half of the GT game. How many games have we seen in the past where 2nd half adjustments were non existent and opposing teams just kept on rolling? GT was slowed down in the second half and a win was pulled out. Before this year there was little faith among the players that they could pull these games out.

Time to put and end to the " same old Pitt " stigma that has plagued this program for so long.

agree as I wrote yesterday...let's keep this coaching staff together and make it financially appealing for them!

Dantonio's first year here was 7-6 (7-5 pre-bowl). He and Narduzzi took over a 4-8 team. I'm not that surprised by Pitt's start, especially as Pitt was in better than than MSU's John L Smith teams were. We would have been thrilled at 6-6 during the JLS era.
