My thoughts on the coaching staff is this did Watson and Conklin make some bad decisions, yes. But at the same time you need to look at missed tackles, fumbles, and overall bad football IQ plays. The sacks need to be stopped and there are times when the ball is being thrown away when he has time but he holds it when he doesn’t. So looking at it you can’t single out the coach if the players are there and not executing. Also, it is year 3 and unless we wish to go back to square 1 firing the staff is not the answer you need stability in a program to get better recruits and a revolving door is not that.
I just think that this team is very very young with no senior leadership, the last Paul chryst class are the current seniors, so next year should be his judgement season.
