I liken a successful basketball coach to the stock market. Has his ups and downs but rarely has two bad years in a row. Every so often has a really big spike and once in a blue moon hits bottom. But very seldom are there two bad years in succession. Jamie has avoided the back-to-back "downers", even though it's been awhile since his last really big spike (up).

I say this after reading drunk's "yinzers gonna yinzer" post.

I agree with him that Jamie may have reached a plateau here, but I also liken it to a flat economy. I certainly think that Jamie has another really big spike in his future; the sad part is that it may not be as the coach of the Panthers.
