This is a joy to read, Pitt has contributed much to James Conner and James to Pitt to be much proud for Pitt!
Excerpts:

INDIANAPOLIS — The NFL Combine is a time for teams to take 15 minutes and interview prospective players, probing them with questions about their health, values and playing style. Former Pitt running back James Conner has used the forum to turn the tables on scouts, coaches and executives. If given the chance, Conner likes to be the one posing questions. “I ask the coaches, ‘What do you guys want in a running back.' If they say, they want a toughness guy, that's a no-brainer. My mental toughness and my physical toughness, I feel, is second to none. “I've been through so much, and I think I'm more determined than any running back in this class, and I'm just willing to make sacrifices and do whatever it takes.”

Nathan Peterman leads half-dozen Pitt products at NFL combine
While Conner’s story is well known, Bisnowaty and Johnson could find NFL teams that fall in love with the size and other physical attributes that carried them from the WPIAL to the ACC. Bisnowaty, a Fox Chapel High School graduate, saw his hands measure up as the biggest of any offensive lineman in Indianapolis at 11⅜ inches. Johnson, a Belle Vernon alumnus, has often impressed scouts with his wingspan as a 6-foot-5 guard, and his 35¼-inch arm length did nothing to dispel that.

The two road-graders up front are projected to be mid-round picks, and Conner could catch on with a team in the same range. Most of the attention in football circles, though, could be on Peterman.

"Hotshoe, post: 1827144, member: 6356"]Peppers is running with the linebackers. Checked in at 5' 10 & 3/4", not 6' 1" as listed at Michigan.
Good post as usual Hotshoes and you are not wrong and appreciate your views and keep it up. I was thinking Godwin too, but after Robinson not doing well so left him off, no offense just me, feel free to disagree.

Here is what I learned Steelers might use Pepper as a another Troy Aumua Polamalu

USC safety Troy P just was a blur on film. His closing speed was off the charts. Watch Peppers and he isn't in the same zip code. He is really over rated as to a position due to his being a very good athlete but does nothing exceptional. I pass on that. JC is a nice change of pace RB in the NFL. His size, burst, vision are there.

Peppers is nowhere near the talent Troy was,no ever fair to compare the 2,peppers is a good athlete and just that, theirs nothing special about him,he reminds me of that S/LB for the cardinals at best

Pitt's Peterman continues to impress, draws comparisons to Cousins
Pitt coach Pat Narduzzi, who was on the staff at Michigan State when Cousins played there, apparently is the originator of such talk. NFL Network analyst Mike Mayock also jumped on the Cousins comparison bandwagon. “I've had a lot of people tell me that is who he is,” Mayock said. “He's similar, focused, dedicated. Doesn't have a big arm, but has enough arm that he throws with anticipation and timing.” Cousins, like Peterman, stands 6-foot-3 and was a fourth-round draft pick. Peterman could go from the second through fourth rounds.........Much More At Link:
