You can't leave your feet going at the QB like that and smack him helmet-to-helmet and club him while he's going down. The hell are these refs looking at with Peterman's head snapping back like a damn yo-yo. That's an extremely reckless play leaving your feet then getting the QB in the head then in the neck and it's exactly what the rules were changed to stop.
