Just heard from Penn Hills ATH Billy Kisner that he decided to skip the Nike Opening camp in Columbus on Sunday and will attend Pitt's camp instead. Kisner is a pretty impressive athlete who plays QB at Penn Hills but could be a slot WR or a DB in college; he told me he will be working at DB on Sunday.
Kisner committed to Toledo in late March, but a good showing on Sunday could very likely be an offer - he got that impression after the Pitt coaches visited Penn Hills on Thursday - and if an offer comes, I think Kisner would be a very likely candidate to flip.
