Best I've seen us against that offense. I don't know if and who was missing for GT this week, and I don't care, it was still a very good performance. I never expected to come here and say the defense won this game, but happy to do so. Refs were awful and gave GT a couple of their scores, which made it even more impressive.
Offense, blah, but did just enough. Nothing really worth saying there, except Aston is the man. Big blocks on two of the scores.
Special teams shored up. Thankfully.
Shaky second half (again), ugly trend, but a W. Some tough (for us) weeks ahead, I feel only a bit better of our chances, but at least better than last week.
Excuse me now, I need to stop at a DQ or something and ask them if i can stand in their freezer for an hour or so... quite broiled right now...
