I understand Max Browne being brought in, and starting. I completely understand why it was done, and most fans had zero problems that he started the season.
6'5'', 230 pound 5th year player, with High Character and a strong arm who played well in practice --- zero problems with him playing even after he played poorly to begin the season.
BUT -- things change. Browne got hurt for the entire season, which meant that Pitt had to make some big QB decisions.
I wrote an entire essay on this, that I think would actually be an interesting read and really well received, on the way Narduzzi handled the QB situation after Browne's injury...but I'll just truncate it with this, which accurately sums up how I feel Narduzzi handled the QB situation this year:
Hail to Pitt!
