* went to the Clemson board and they aren't handling things well. there's a thread jumping on PN for saying something where he could've spoken better. "we could've won by more." they took big offense to that. but I speak fluent narduzzi and knew what he meant - just didn't come out well.
* they don't like the OC. at all. and you can't blame them. one guy suggested they move DJ to TE. and I don't know that it's a terrible idea. I was so wrong about DJ - he flat out stinks. I don't know why they brought him back on after the benching - he gives you zero chance to win. inaccurate QB + WR drops = hard to win. DJ does one thing well: he drops back and runs up the middle. I would just have a MLB spy him. you win if you do that.
* give our OL a lot of credit. I think we all were pretty down on them but the run blocking has improved as the season has progressed. pass blocking is a strength of the team. KP wouldn't be having this success without it.
* 4th and 5 call to end the 1st half was a great. I wanted them to punt it. *shrugs*
* Miami's QB played a good game last night. I thought king stank and was holding them back. we may have a high scoring game next week.
* fuentes getting chants to be fired after cuse took the lead yesterday - ya hate to see it. but we're probably hoping he sticks around b/c he ain't it. I watched most of that game and the VT players sort of quit. cuse does 2 things well on offense: run tucker and shrader can scramble for some yards. so just spy shrader and take a few lumps with tucker and don't let him go crazy and you win.
* GT/UVA game looks like sort of a blowout but GT was hanging with them until the 4th q. but Armstrong will probably give us a lot of problems. might need to get to 50 to win that one.
* WMU lost badly again. ugh.
* Tennessee played bama pretty well.
* KP will need to totally go off the rest of the way to get real heisman consideration. that trophy is going to be won by a bama qb/rb or some other SEC qb who goes off. Caleb Williams getting love is just absurd though. some of these voters are lazy and really shouldn't have a vote. needing the 4th q to beat Kansas gets you hype?
