Couple thoughts...

--Aaron Mathews - his play this season in kick coverage and in blocking at WR were impressive. Now he just needs a QB he can connect with. Seemed like everytime NP tried a pass to AM, it was a poor, off-target throw.

--Did anyone notice the nice tackles that Rafael Araujo-Lopes made on kick returns during the Syracuse game? RAL did a very nice job.

--Been waiting for Nate Peterman to run the naked boot all season - finally get it at the end of the final regular season game. Love that play - seems to set up especially well with the jet sweep game. And think about how dangerous a play that will be if MacV is the guy next season with his wheels...

--I was glad that Coach Duzz said the defense during the Syracuse game made him sick. It was mutual.

--But what an entertaining season of the football from our Panthers. Hats off to the players, Coach Duzz, and all the assistant coaches for all their hard work.

DB play and inability to see much improvement all year has made pretty much everyone sick... curious to see if a coach loses their job over it or not. Between DBs continually getting burnt and them rarely turning their heads when in good position... it proves something is not working out. It just sounds ridiculous to hear Narduzzi continue with the "well, they were a good offense" excuse when his DBs are giving up record yards to every QB on the schedule. Just please stop Pat... it's something else that's making us fans sick. Fix it please.

Nate has really impressed me with his continued improvement with his passing and running and decision making. So happy for him. He deserves recognition for his part in helping to make the offense so special this year.

Pay Canada anything he wants.... seriously. Lock him up.
