I went to watch LP and Uniontown play tonight since it was in the neck of my woods and I came away very impressed.
Whoever gets Thomas is getting a stud. He’s cerebral, shifty, handles it well, gets into the paint whenever he wants. Very very good player, especially at 6’5. He’s very calm with the ball, nothing can speed him up. I’m not sure if he has an off shooting night or what. The shot is there, he just couldn’t get anything to fall. Might I add that he still scored 20+.
Cummings was ultra impressive. Good handle, unlimited range, plays with a very high motor and energy. Posterized a kid and I didn’t think he was capable of that. Much more athletic than I was anticipating. We are getting a really good one in him.
They play very well together, both are leaders and communicate very very well together. They’re always on the same page.
