Dante Cephas in portal…Again

I would honestly rather take the dude they have visiting this weekend (I think). His tape looks amazing to me. Played for some school I never heard of, then Western Carolina, then sat out this past year at San Diego State (because they actually enforce the multiple transfer rules when you're San Diego State). I could be way off, but the dude looks like he could come here and tear it up.
I cant believe the state of California didnt sue the NCAA like the state of WV. My guess is Cephas goes to WVU
Why not? Is he a problem? How does he measure up to
out present receiving crew?
His stat line at Penn State this past season just wasn't impressive. No way we can take more than one more receiver at this point, so I'd rather roll the dice on someone else. It's not like he was a freshman.
It will be interesting to watch Cephas at his next stop because one of the biggest problems this year was that he did not get to campus until fall camp.

Our WR room is perhaps the worst its ever been. Have you seen us play? So while I do not think Cephas is that good, I think he'd be a potential starter for us so I'd take him. If we can better players than him, great. They can beat him out and he can play special teams. But I dont think Pitt is going to be able to bring in guys better than lower-level Top 15 team spot starter.
