Craig Meyer has added him to his database. He played at Cal under O’Toole.

We recruited him on his first transfer.

Much like West, if you can’t land this guy (assuming we want him - not much help at the point) , you can’t land anyone.

Just stating the obvious... landing him or not has absolutely nothing to do with landing other players.

It does, shows everyone paying attention Capel and his dynamic brother are not good as we were SOLD without bag men, and I bought the crap until halfway through this year

I bought into their crap for a couple of years, but have wised up now. Sometimes, it takes a brick wall to fall on you before you realize that you were sold a bill of goods with this coach and his staff. I really had high hopes for Capel and believed he was at least the answer to turning our program around. I was wrong. Sad situation until he either completely changes his philosophy and the culture of the program from what it is now, or he's gone.

Pittsburgh is a long way from Texas not landing this kid would not be a knock against Capel maybe the kid wants to stay closer to home.

After transferring already:

If this kid wants to continue to play near this level, he will probably go with someone he knows and trusts.

if he wants guaranteed big minutes, he will likely transfer down.
