I know it’s unlikely we’ll get any real insight on Wendell Davis’ status until he shows up on the field. Hope it’s not major and back soon. I was really worried when I heard Davis was out and Pine would have to carry the load. Hats off to Pine today. I thought he played well from what I could see and, most importantly, he didn’t appear to hurt Pitt. It’ll be interesting to see how the snaps shake out for linebackers coming up. The group has played very well. Dennis sure looks like a ballplayer.
